Transparent Chair by NENDO
Japanese design company Nendo has created Transparent Chair, a chair that appears as only backrest and arm rests but when sit on it, the polyurethane film (commonly used as a packing material for precision instruments and products susceptible to vibrations and shock) will wraps and supports your body.
Nendo use the polyurethane film for this invisible chair due to its high elasticity and ability to return to its original state.
The chair will be exhibited during Milan Design Week 2011.
