Combining traditional craftsmanship and industrial production, the seat consists of a shell and a plastic base. The seat shell is upholstered and hand stitched in a lightweight, yet durable textiles and features soft leather detail that follow the contour of the shell. Curvaceous shell is held by the base frame from plastic materials.

The table uses the same type of the chair base in gray plastic, with a top in Oregon Pine or white plywood.

Minuscule will be available from September 2012 at Republic of Fritz Hansen and authorized dealers.

On his work, Cecilie Manz said:

For me design always starts with the material. I need to have all the materials in my hand before I can feel if it is something I can work with.
