Rubik Cube by Clab4design
This furniture is inspired by the Rubik’s Cube, a puzzle that is very successful in the ’80s and now back to the center of attention because of an attractive logic and modern design. So, here is a Rubik’s cube in its storage container version, as a furniture and design item.
Materials used are MDF (catalyzed wood fibers, are ideal for coloring and quite stable). Each side is painted with the color of the original cube.
The door can be opened on touch, by just using a little pressure. Hinge is aluminum, while the spring mechanism is provided by Blumm. 4 steel feet are 2 cm tall.
